When we decided to have our engagement photos taken, we both quickly agreed that the perfect backdrop to capture our slightly off-the-wall sense of humor and love was Philadelphia's own, Eastern State Penitentiary. What better place to take sappy, "we are getting married and are so in love" photos than amongst a macabre world of crumbling cellblocks and empty guard towers?! It gave us the perfect setting to capture the feeling of zany romance we were going for..along with moments of being totally creeped out as our tour guides took us through Death Row, the Punishment Cells, and other haunted portions of the penitentiary.
